1. UK delivery area

We deliver to residential addresses in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. If checkout does not accept a particular postcode or address, contact contact@syracare.com before ordering.

2. Dispatch origin and carriers

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners in China. International logistics partners transport the parcel to the United Kingdom, where delivery is completed by an available local carrier. The local carrier varies by destination and cannot always be selected in advance.

Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available.

3. Free DDP delivery

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free, with no minimum order.

Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). SyraCare is responsible for applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges. The customer should not be asked to pay an additional customs or import charge when the parcel is delivered.

If a carrier asks you to pay an import, customs or clearance charge, do not pay it without first contacting contact@syracare.com with a copy of the request.

4. Processing and delivery times

Order preparation and dispatch: normally 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 7–9 working days after dispatch.
Maximum delivery period: unless a different date has been expressly agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

The 7–9-working-day estimate may be affected by customs processing, peak periods, public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

5. Tracking

Use the tracking link in the dispatch email to follow the parcel. Tracking may take several working days to show its first movement while the parcel passes between international and local delivery networks.

6. Delivery responsibility

SyraCare bears the risk of loss or damage until the goods are physically received by you or by a person you nominate other than the carrier. A delivery instruction authorising a parcel to be left in a specific safe place may affect what can be established about receipt, so choose such instructions carefully.

7. Damaged or incorrect parcel

If the parcel is visibly damaged, incomplete or contains the wrong product, contact contact@syracare.com promptly with the order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the parcel and product. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and pay reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

8. Delayed or lost parcel

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us so that we can investigate with the logistics provider. Where delivery does not take place within the agreed period, you may have the right to set an appropriate additional deadline and then cancel for a full refund if delivery still does not occur. An additional deadline is not required where delivery by the agreed date was essential or where we refuse to deliver.

9. Address errors and failed delivery

Please check the complete delivery address before paying. If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer causes a failed delivery or return, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable cost of resending the parcel. This does not apply where the failure was caused by us or the carrier.

10. Returns

Change-of-mind returns are sent to our address in Paris, France, and the customer pays that return postage. SyraCare pays reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
